"Only 5 units in this beautifully renovated palazzo. Great location. Very clean, good size rooms. First floor has a beautiful common area living room. Breakfast area on the second floor serves a good spread every morning. The palazzo was better than " four star" hotels we have stayed in during our trip around Italy this year. Staff on site only part of the day but no issues with access. Barbara sends all required info by email well in advance. We loved Bergamo and our stay in Porta Picta!"

"Everything about this establishment spoke to customer service. The facility was clean staff was friendly and helpful the breakfast was very good with great variety and parking was indoors, clean and very accessible. The restaurant served a delicious menu and was very satisfying. Congratulations on a well run hotel!"

A great selection at breakfast especially the freshly made scrambled eggs. We popped down to the restaurant on a couple of evenings and the food was lovely. Nothing at all negative to say!"
