"Transparency at time of booking regarding airport shuttle would have been appreciated.

"Check in was a little confusing, airport shuttle was booked for 5:15 am, showed up around 5:30 but was doubled booked.
Arrived late heat didn't work in the room, called down someone showed up with a broken electric heater. We were very tired and decided to slept with clothes on under the covers.
I felt that booking through Expedia your service wasn't the same if you booked hotel directly.

"The hotel is fine.. Decent rooms and overall solid value.. To be honest I don't love the front desk staff. They are fine and I should say they are not terrible I just feel like it's always an honor for them to be checking me in or helping me out.. And, they are always in the office chatting or doing whatever. They come our quickly but for some reason it seems like I am inconveniencing them. It's hard to describe. "

"Great shuttle service from the airport, check in was a breeze, they gave us two water while we waited for someone to do a room inspection. Our room was lovely and clean nice and updated. Breakfast was well worth the 11 dollars many many options. Would not hesitate to stay here again!!"
