"The rooms were dirty, there were no clean sheets on the bed when I first entered the room, there was hair all over the shower floor, they had roaches in my room. The staff is two young girls that all they do is listen to music and play on their phones."

"White man at the front desk is rude & not helpful!! The man with the housekeeping is rude too. Room 202 needs work: double black out blinds in living room only, checked-in with dirty used towel and an eyelash in the bathroom, lights in bathroom need to be re-done - lights glitch & switches don’t ..."
