"Check in was smooth and the staff was efficient, but not overly friendly. The room was dated and not the cleanest it could be. The pool bring opened 24th was nice, but there were wet dirty towels around, garbage, and a dirty bandaid outside the pool and hot tub area."

I absolutely loved the centrality of its location, being able to travel on-foot to everything downtown with great ease. Plus, the romantic inner-city views would melt the iciest hearts. "Breakfast was fresh but wished there was variety as it was the same breakfast back to back. Parking garage was a lit tin inconvenient because you had to get the opener from front desk and you had to return it every time after you parked "

"The restaurant was closed the entire time we were there 2 weekends in a row. The coffee shop was also closed while we were there and because they don't do a continental breakfast there was no way eat anything on the premise. The pool was also closed so that was really disappointing for our kids. We called ahead to make sure the restaurant was going to be open and we were told it was. This is one of the main reasons we stay at this property, so not having it open was a bummer. The front desk staff was wonderful and very apologetic but that doesn't make up for the lack of amenities."
