"We stayed in the diamond club and had Butler service but honestly, I don’t understand the point of Butler service. It still was never really explained what they do. We basically did everything ourselves. Overall, the resort is nice. It’s definitely not a five star resort. You can hear all of the outdoor activities, no matter which room you have. That was really annoying. When you’re on the beach several vendors try to sell you on taking tours. We were there for one week and every day we were approached by several people asking us if we booked any excursions. Some staff members are friendly others not. The best part of the hotel is the spa. "

"We had a really nice stay overall. The staff was fun, welcoming, and made the experience enjoyable. Our concierge, Nasha, was definitely the highlight—she was friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. While I’d rate the hotel around an 8/10, I would still recommend it for the great views and positive atmosphere."

"We stayed in one of the cottages with and outdoor shower. I wish I never had to leave. Absolutely amazing. Incredible property with fun trails and amazing nature all around. Friendly staff and alright food. The restaurant could be better (and not so expensive!!) and we might’ve stayed on property more then. We wished they had a hot tub for late at night after the long hikes, but that’s all that was truly missing. More trails to run would be fun, but the one they had was awesome. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to be close and accessible to Soufiere and right in the heart of all there is to do in the area… and less than an hour to the airport."

"The room we stayed in was immaculate and luxurious! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with booking everything from dinner to excursions. The food in the restaurants on site was delicious and offered a wide variety for all palates. The views of the Pitons from my room and from the restaurant at the resort were fantastic. I would recommend this resort to anyone who wants to feel pampered or wants a romantic location with their partner. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the most amazing time. "
