"Stayed in Swan room. Spacious bedroom and en-suite. Large shower head and small shower tray meant water escaped onto en-suite floor. Breakfast excellent but cold milk with hot coffee led to cold coffee. Staff happily supplied hot milk on request. Staff very pleasant and helpful."
