"I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room."

"Staff was exceptional - extremely helpful, pleasant and responsive. The design of the room and restaurant were exceptional. Shower water pressure was pretty awful but it didn't affect our weekend. I'd recommend The Ulysses to friends."

"This hotel is clean, easy to get to and the front desk staff was great. Very nice ambiance. I didn’t like the barn doors on the bathroom that do not provide privacy. Vent didn’t work great. Housekeeping left hand towels and big towels but no new washcloths/face towels. The valet team was horrible, a lot of people working but only the older gentleman actually worked hard. The younger attendants were slow to respond or had to be approached. The employees were generally friendly and were greeting...

"Lovely hotel, clean, excellent housekeeping. My only issue was where to find ice machine. The signage on the 7th floor showed 701-714 was ice and vending...however that was someone's room, no ice machine. The following day I asked the young lady at the desk where was the ice machines. She asked me what floor I was on I said I was in 721 she stated there were ice machines on the 7th floor on the side where the high room numbers were..no there were no ice machines...there was a room with no door...

"Ice machine room was empty and dirty. The bed blocked access to the ac unit. Had to keep jumping over the bed to adjust temp. Room not very comfortable. Glad we only stayed one night."

The bathroom trash was not emptied before my visit and there was actual sanitary product waste in there. -The room was incredibly small, it felt like a dorm, the tv was at an angle where I had to move around the furniture to see it from the bed, which is the only place to sit except the dilapidated office chair. It was impossible to watch TV...

"Had two rooms and the beds in 405 the bedding had never been changed. I took photos went to desk clerk first night,went to desk-clerk yesterday went to the desk today. They said they would have a manager contact me. I have yet to hear from the manager.!!! very disappointed because I’ve stayed at this hotel once before."

"The only good things were its proximity to the hospital and the 7-Eleven across the street... It is an unnecessarily expensive hotel (I assume the price is so high because of the hospital nearby). I was not at all satisfied with the parking and valet service... You drive right up to the entrance, leave your car there, check in, and then hand it over to the valet... (55 USD per night + tip).
