"Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended. "

"First impression was checking in over the phone, the staff was rude and laughed at my questions about parking. Checking in, the guy at the desk was extremely grumpy and kind of a jerk. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in smooth and easy. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect. "Don’t come here during baseball season/football season/anytime there’s an event at either stadium!!! I checked with the hotel about the availability of on site parking or if I needed to find parking somewhere else. I was assured by the hotel that they had parking on site and I didn’t need to make other arrangements. Published rate on their website is $35 a night for a guest. "We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the stadium and aquarium. Unfortunately, after our stay here we felt we paid way too much for what we received.
