"Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended. "

"First impression was checking in over the phone, the staff was rude and laughed at my questions about parking. Checking in, the guy at the desk was extremely grumpy and kind of a jerk. There's broken glass all around the property and needles in right outside the steps in the minimal brush by the main steps to the loby. "My room was very cold. The heat did not work. I reported this to the front desk and. They said maintenance will take a look and no one came. Also a breakfast buffet was advertised but all that was offered is a pastry cafe. Room was neat but there was a big hole in the carpet and in the shower wall. Wonderful front desk staff. "

"Don’t come here during baseball season/football season/anytime there’s an event at either stadium!!! I checked with the hotel about the availability of on site parking or if I needed to find parking somewhere else. I was assured by the hotel that they had parking on site and I didn’t need to make other arrangements. Published rate on their website is $35 a night for a guest. Got there to check in and there was an event going on at the stadium. The parking lot was full because they were upselling...
