"My room was very cold. The heat did not work. I reported this to the front desk and. They said maintenance will take a look and no one came. Also a breakfast buffet was advertised but all that was offered is a pastry cafe. Room was neat but there was a big hole in the carpet and in the shower wall. Wonderful front desk staff. "

"More cons than pros for this place. Hotel was clean and easy distance to CFG bank arena. But falsely advertises bed sizes and has noise issues. I got a double queen room and the beds were absolutely doubles. My friend who got a king room was in reality given a queen bed. Upon talking to staff they insisted that’s just how the beds were. Annoying but whatever. The worst part was the noise. The windows and walls had terrible insulation and we had the joy of hearing people outside being obnoxiously loud all night long. It was like they were in our room with how clearly we could hear them. The car/road noise made this even worse. Barely got any sleep. Will not be coming back here. "

"The room was very very dirty. The carpet, couch, and shower curtain all had several large stains. The sink had a huge crack in it and there was something spilled/stained all over the tile floor. The morning breakfast was very disappointing. And access to the pool was disappointing, I was told it’s under maintenance. All of the staff I encountered were very kind and friendly."

"The hotel overall was decent. We did not have any hot water for showers. We only had hot water in the sink. The toilet seats were loose. I had to go to front desk 3 times to get my parking validation code. The gentleman working the desk in the evening/night was super nice. "

"There was a sign up that said zero tolerance for noise after 9pm, however that’s when it got noisy. Whomever was staying on that floor was very loud every day banging, screaming, fighting and nothing was done. That bedding was not clean. I would not be staying here anymore "

"Clean. Kind front desk staff. Nice lobby happy hour and very sweet lady pouring our drinks. The attached restaurant was delicious and beautiful. Our waiter was amazing. The bed was comfortable. Quiet. Didnt hear other guests. Great location! Walked to power plant and back friday night. Was short walk. Also in morning walked to miss shirleys cafe. Loved having a balcony sliding glass door that we could open. Glad we booked here. "
