"We stayed in a cabin and they were very clean and well presented. we saw some of the other facilities as we drove past and they looked good. the staff was very helpful with local information of the best places to go."

"We received a lovely welcome and departure from very helpful reception team members. I had contacted reception prior to our stay to request a ground level room without any stairs as my husband had hurt one of his knees. This was attended to without a problem. Our KB room was large and comfortable. The only negatives were that we were able to hear noise from the adjacent rooms and the shower cubicle was a little bit smaller than we are used to. The positive aspects of this hotel is the free onsite parking. There is also a large restaurant and additional lounge areas for guests to enjoy."

"I stay at the apartments 2-3 times a year and am never disappointed. The apartments are immaculately clean with beautiful comfortable beds and linen. The complex is in a super convenient area over-looking George’s Bay with a lovely, easy walk around the bay to the town centre. It’s surprisingly quiet even though it’s off the main highway. All the amenities outside are kept very well maintained and I love that vehicles can park right at the front doors."

"We arrived late but reception had left easy instructions for cbeck in. We stayed in "The Shack". It was a little old with creaky floor but we loved it. Great spot with views to the water"

"Love the upstairs section. Spa superb. Only thing was bar fridge froze some of our food. This is our favourite place to stay on East Coast. St Helen’s is one of the best towns to be in too. Great locality to everything"
