"The place felt sketchy. If you arrive after midnight, the lobby is closed, and reception speaks to you through a small window. There were people hanging around the parking lot all night, talking, walking around, and generally making the environment feel unsafe. I stayed for two nights but decided to leave before the third because I was uncomfortable with the atmosphere. I asked for a refund for the last night, but the front desk said they couldn’t process it since I booked through Expedia. They also refused to provide any checkout receipt or documentation. As I was leaving, another guest was complaining about fleas in her room. Overall, it was a pretty unpleasant experience."

"Quiet hotel convention to family. Covers the basics: clean, good beds, working frig and microwave. Bathroom a little lacking. Breakfast was available but nothing to write home about. Okay coffee! Staff are very pleasant and helpful."

"Kind staff, very helpful, they always keep it clean. Yeah the reputation isn't the greatest, but it's a dainty cute hotel that has always worked for us. The only complaint we have is that the beds could be updated(not comfortable). But we have bad backs. Everything else is fine!"

"Gorgeous, spacious property and attentive hosts to any need. Breakfast was several courses and included carved feuit...nice touch. Loved the soft bed sheets."

"This was the absolute worst hotel on the universe.It would have been better to sleep outside.The bathroom was dirty.The bed had cigarette hose in it.The room smelled like cigarette.It was, uninhabitable, it was worse than that i called expedia immediately to get a refund and get another room.the company i reserved this hotel i called the the hotel, and they said that I had been there for an hour and they would not refund my money.I literally was there for thirty minutes.And during thirty minutes after seeing the second room, cause the first one was atrocious, I immediately grabbed my things and left.I asked for a refund. they told me that the manager of the hotel was unwilling to give me a refund.I had pictures at documentation.This hotel was absolutely uninhabitable and expedia is absolutely ridiculous for not even asking me or asking me to verify what pictures or anything that just would not give me back my money.So I probably won't be using them again either.And letting everyone that I know not to book with them"
