"Every stay is excellent "

"Yes, the room was clean, but there were no extra towels, the light in the refrigerator was out, I didn’t know there was a switch to cut power on in certain parts of the room. I thought the lights were all burnt out or something. I asked the front desk to send someone to check it out and the never came to the room, you have to pay $6.00 per day to park there. I was there for four days, they didn’t clean the room once, no fresh towels, nothing. A night representative was secretly on her phone and had this horrible attitude with me when I asked for another parking pass. My bed felt like it was slanted down from the bottom to the head board. Overall, it was the perfect are for my visit but below average for the price and my comfort. "

"Someone walked into our room, the tub did not feel safe, felt like i was going to fall through. The bedding had blood stains… and also dirty. The floor has a massive stain and smelled like rotten milk. "

"We were rather late coming in - 8 pm. Our check-in was actually rather quick and pleasant, but when we walked into our room we discovered it was not cleaned at all. Replacing the room, on the other hand took almost 40 minutes... and let's just say was exhausting. here is what was the worst part of our stay. We were there for a late sports event and we asked for late checkout. Not for free! Well, that WAS NOT an option. At all. The only way I was told I would get to keep my room even an hour (or two) later was to pay for the entire night. Rooms (both that we got a chance to witness) were tiny and cramped, water pressure in the shower was not there (taking a shower was just hard) and... it was not a pleasant experience over-all. We have to be in the area AT LEAST twice-a-year for MD States competitions and suffice it to say I will do my absolute best NOT to have to stay at this Hotel. "

"Had a nice stay but someone tried to enter my room at 6 am. Then the cleaning staff started knocking on my door around 9:15 and knocked twice again before checkout time. Checkout is 11. Other than the cleaning staff having no patience, my experience was good."
