"most of the staff was very helpful and nice except the woman who checked us out. There are parking fees here which makes zero sense as there is literally nothing you can even walk to of relevance. I was not told of the fees when i checked in and she begrudgingly took it off my bill. Why is it so hard to be nice to customers in 2024?"

"We were in town for national archery tournament and it seems many also were here. The biggest complaint is lack of management taking care of the very rowdy teenagers in the pool (roughly 10 of them) with no adults to supervise them so they were not being respectful to others as my son got yanked off the ladder by one and also kicked in the face as 3 teenagers jumped in together. "First hotel i have ever stayed at that front desk is only open for couple hours a day. Floors in room where sticky, ceiling light did not work, mentioned to front desk when someone was finally there, but was never fixed while I was there. Room was cold, heater at 84 and still chilled. It was at least better place than where i stayed last year"
