"The experience was excellent from the point we checked-in to the time we left. We were checked in by a simply wonderful lady called Ewa! She must be one of the most friendly and courteous person that we have come across!! The room was clean and spacious! Our only "complaint" would be that the matresses on the beds could be improved, but they were not bad. Luckily, we had Ewa check us out, so had the same friendly and courteous experience! She is definitely an asset!"

"Nice room and a really comfy bed, we slept well. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Good location and it didn't feel like the middle of a big city like Leicester. Parking was easy."
