"Lovely quaint hotel in the heart of old Montreal. We booked through Expedia but unfortunately when we got there the medium size room we booked was not available so we had to take a small, the front desk did offer us free valet parking for the night to make up for it. I’m not sure what the price difference was but regardless it was just one night so the room we had was more than comfortable. The front desk was friendly, kind and accommodating. We would stay there again. Thank you!"

"We loved staying here at Eurostars old Montreal suites & apartments. The location was very central, very close to the train station, metro and walkable to many sites. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The roof top had a nice view and it was nice to have a gym in the hotel as well. We will definitely come to stay here again."

Valet staff great and we were able to have our EV charged in the parking garage. Superior king room was spacious and very comfortable. Appreciated ability to cast Netflix on TV. Would stay again."

"Our stay was unfortunately impacted by several issues. The fire alarm went off on two separate nights during our three-night stay, waking our baby each time and forcing us to evacuate by walking down 19 flights of stairs. This significantly disrupted our trip and made what should have been a relaxing stay very stressful. Given that this happened on two of the three nights, I believe some form of compensation or discount would have been appropriate. Additionally, the parking fee of $50 per day...

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is centrally located in old Montreal, is a beautiful property. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Housekeeping was thorough and incredibly prompt. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rooftop bar had great cocktails, and food and nice views of the river. And there are also two other very good restaurants on the property, Pincette in particular."
