"We ended up unexpectedly staying overnight in Minneapolis en route to Florida due to flight cancellations from a blizzard. This was one of the hotels offered on voucher and it was a nice alternative to the airport floor. The rooms were well appointed and the beds felt luxurious. The hotel restaurant had great food and service even though it was slammed due to the unexpected arrival of other people who had cancelled flights. The airport shuttle was a lifesaver, taking us to both the hotel as well as to the Mall of America to pass some time and then back to the hotel and then to the airport the next day. "
