"Arrived earlier in the day informing the manager that we would be a late check in for that day and if we can get in early or get written down at late check in as to not lose rooms. She stated that was fine and she will assign the room. Later that night come to check in all rooms were given away and no room for us. Was given no direction on why they filled our rooms or anything. Then proceeded to tell us to find somewhere else as they were packed."
