The room itself was spacious, and I especially loved the large porch where I could relax and enjoy the scenery. "I went there on my very first solo trip and I highly recommend it. The staff was very nice and helpful. The property hosted different events that allowed you to mingle with other guests. The pool and bar area was very nice. While the resort is not all inclusive, the drinks and food were very affordable. The view of the ocean is beautiful. "Absolutely gorgeous view. Privacy was very limited due to the popularity of the beach club and the loungers right outside our window, however I was ok with it given the gorgeous view and the large windows. The neighbouring restaurant had loud club music late at night that I could hear, and was required to put AirPods in to drown out the noise. Perhaps ear plugs would be nice as an amenity. The outside area was well kept and very relaxing. I did like the fact the no one was aplowed to enter the hotel passed the concierge desk without an arm band. "Visited Sint-Marteen for the first time for my friend's 40th birthday. Love that this resort was pretty central. Close to restaurants, casinos, rhum tasting etc. Staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was great. Felt safe. We had breakfast included and it was delicious. Beautiful views. Will stay again but in a room with a view."

"My second stay here, I am a repeat guest! I love this place! The location is perfect, it is clean, quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is always great whether you order something or just use the continental, and there is plenty of parking if you have a vehicle. As a solo traveler, I feel very safe in this area, and on the island which is a plus! The dinners at l’astrolabe restaurant are also yummy and delicious. I definitely recommend this place for a great stay!"
