Property was awful. Broken stuff everywhere. Smelled like mildew. Horrible customer service. Over charged me for a fee not disclosed and Property won't make it right. Do not stay here.

We had to move from one room to another due to bed arrangements. The 2nd room/condo was ok...but no places to put luggage or hang anything up, unless it was in the hallway. The one bed was pushed up to the wall so you had to climb in. It definitely needs updates and a table that doesn't wobble. We were called after and said that housekeeping said they found pet hair in the room, however we didn't have any pets. Very disappointing overall. They also did not disclose the cost of cleaning until we checked in.

$95 cleaning fee for 2 nights for 2 ppl, no pets

We booked our stay through Hotels.com and when we arrived the resort said we needed to pay additional $105...$10 parking and $95 CLEANING FEE for a 2 NIGHT STAY. Unit 501 was nicely decorated and comfortable but it needs a good dusting and the bedspread needs to be washed. The location is great and we had a nice ocean view but $95 for a cleaning fee for a 2 night stay for 2 people with no pets is bit steep for a unit that wasn't entirely clean.

This property is 1 block from John's pass, on the marina and across the street from a public beach. Next door is Mad fish house restaurant which was excellent. The condo was clean and a nice balcony. Location was perfect. The only negative ( not the properties fault) The smell from low tide was awful.

The property was a bit dated and didn't have many amenities. However, our unit was spacious and had almost everything we needed, including beach chairs. Cleaning prior to our arrival could've been better. The pictures of the pool were a bit deceptive as far as the size but the hot tub was nice. Located close to a nice shopping area and walkable to many area locations.

Beautiful apartment with a great view. The room and resort were very clean and the staff was amazing. I’m looking forward to visiting again in the future. Highly recommend these accommodations!

Love this place.

Loved this place the best hotel i have stayed in. The room did not dissapoint at all, and it was within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Beach access was a stones throw away. A great location.

I dindt like it at all. 1 rent a two bedroom two bathroom condo for 6 people maximum and two children. as soon as you arrive they only allow you one car per apartment. if you go with more cars you will have to pay park at $ 20 8hr. 2 the small pool. 3 horrible cleaning up spoonfuls. in addition to that they charge you a super high fee for cleaning and only clean the days you leave the other days you are awaited. In addition to the lack of respect of the man of the 3rd shift we were on the balcony without music just talking and he shouted at us from below that he was going to give the complaints. And to put it final, it is called a spa, there is no spa.

We stayed here recently Wednesday-Friday the condo was fairly clean, comfortable king size bed, convenient location just a short walk to John Pass and the beach. Mad House Seafood restaurant was delicious. What we didn’t enjoy was the bathroom towels were so rough, both kids twin size beds weren’t comfortable my kids felt springs poking at their back, broken beach chair, ripped beach umbrellas, washer and dryer had so much sand in it, kids got bug bites just hanging out on the couch watching tv. By Friday night, it got so noisy with next door neighbors screaming, shouting, storming up and down the hallway pass 1 AM. Would not stay here again.

Decent stay, close to the beach and John's Pass

Our condo was okay, but definitely needs a refresh and a good deep cleaning. The entire "resort" itself needs an updating. I put resort in italics because really this is a privately owned condo building. It's a great location, walkable to John's Pass and the beach. I most likely would choose a different resort next time.

Beautiful Oceanview! 2/2 at the 602 room was enjoyable! Perfect walk to the warm Gulf beach, and to John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk. Our favorite restaurant, Friendly Fisherman’s Seafood. We found a treasure chest in Madeira Bay Resort! We will be back next year. Thank you for the experience! 🙏👍

Winter break

Nice condo across the street from the beach. The only complaint was that it was very noisy at night since the unit faced the street. Otherwise it was well stocked and comfortable.

The Staff was Amazing. Mr. Ron took such good care of us during our stay and also Patryck and Julie. We had a wonderful experience. The room was very nice but very dark and the view was just onto Gulf Blvd. We did not realize we had to bring our own shampoo and soap and beach towels. Mr. Ron provided what he was able too.
