Stay Dates: September 6 – September 10 I checked in on September 6 and stayed through September 10. My check-in time was 3:00 PM, but I didn't arrive until around 9:30 PM. The person at the front desk was professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. She made the process smooth and stress-free, which I truly appreciated after a long day. I had originally been booked in a room with two beds — not her fault — but since I was exhausted, I checked myself in without making a fuss. The next day, after work, I learned they were going to keep me in the same room. I explained that I preferred something different, and the same staff member said, "Let me see what I can do." She worked her magic again, and within minutes, she walked me upstairs and opened the door to Room 132. As soon as I stepped in, I said, "This is perfect." It was a corner room, away from other guests, quiet, and free from annoying lights shining through the windows. It gave me the peace I needed after long shifts. Final Thoughts: This may not be a five-star hotel, and the rooms could use some remodeling. The neighborhood wasn't bad either. But what made it a five-star experience for me was the staff, the atmosphere, the surroundings, and the people. Because I never forgot where I came from. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5) Would I stay again? Yes — especially if the same staff member is working the front desk.

Really nice people. Rooms are pretty basic. Linens and towels were clean. Lots of hot water. Whole place is a little rundown and could use some tlc. Parking seemed to be adequate for the guests.

came here for a concert at Jannus Live with my boyfriend. just needed a cheap place to stay the night. the staff here is super sweet and funny. room was very dirty and i didn’t want to touch anything, but that was expected when booking this motel. i recommend bringing your own blanket to sleep on and sleep with.

Staff was friendly. However, the property itself was very very dirty, including the rooms. It is very old, we couldn’t even charge our phones because the plug would just fall out of the outlets. Lots of little roaches. Would not come back.

No frill stay. Room clean and kitchen have everything needed to cook. Free and lots of space to park. A lot of the outlets needed a covering so you are not afraid to get shocked. Better curtains are needed for privacy. Otherwise for the price a decent stay. This was for work related trip.

Hi, no air conditioning and heater. No TV working. No toilet paper. I have to ask for. No lamp working. I need to call a lady to help me and once figuring some things, the Tv still doesn't work. The check out is a 10:00 am. An unpolite lady looked on my door and told me Check out is at 10:00 am. Better the one who checked me in. The other one n eds good manners and good customer service. Horrible place. Ugly furniture and carleless maintenance.

The outside of the motel was in good condition. My room was not in good condition. Everything that was metal was rusty. Window sills were dirty. The kitchenet was so-so. but felt unclean. Bed was comfortable. Tv had streaming channels only, but was okay. The cleaning lady and her husband lived in the next room. They both smoked. Each morning about 6:30am you could hear them outside coughing and hacking Good hot water. I didn't use the pool.

It ended with me getting man handled and tossed around my room and balcony!!! Cops, dcf, and a no contact order!!! All could have been avoided if the managers on duty did what I asked when I called the property 3 times that day!!! I got word that an ex was in my room destroying everything in it, so I called to see if there was anybody in my room that shouldn’t be…called 3 different times throughout the entire day. All they said was nobody has been in/out all day. Which turns out was wrong, unless stolen bicycles magically appear in rooms all of a sudden?!? I had my kids over that weekend and it was the start to it supposed to be relaxing, finally back together again weekend of just me n my kids!!! I called numerous times bc I felt like something awful was going to happen that day. I had the only key on me in my pocket all day. So there shouldn’t have been anyway anybody would have been able to get in there. Luckily I brought a trusted friend with me for back up. Thank God bc he got my babies away from that pos who had charged my car with them in it, scaring them as he banged on the windows. He tried to get into my car and take off with them in the backseat along with my purse, my phone, and everything else. Why didn’t they do as I asked and just opened the door to see if anybody was in there??? Now I live in my car, no kids, and dealing with dcf and law enforcement when I shouldn’t have to
