"The room was in a state of disrepair. The floors were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and there were other issues that raised concerns about other possible underlying problems. By 8:30-9:00 AM, the breakfast was already gone, so we left without using our vouchers. The towels were small and not provided in full sets—just two towels, a floor towel, a washcloth, and a hand towel. At check-in, there was a sign informing us about the cost of additional linens, but we weren’t even given a full set or a clean room to begin with. If the room wasn’t non-refundable, I would have left immediately."
