"The meal options were very good. I am a picky eater and I appreciated the variety. The food was also fresh and tasted pretty good. The staff was amazing and I appreciated that the most. There were some hiccups with our check-in and room accommodations, however I appreciated that the staff rectified it for us. We had no other issues throughout the duration of our stay. The customer service was awesome and that is a quality that hotels and resorts are hit or miss with now days. The resort location is also centralized from all of the activities that we planned. I will even take it a step further and share that I went to one the infamous fancy restaurants there that has a great scenic view and the bulk was over $120 per person but I left the restaurant wishing that I had the resorts dinner instead. So overrated. I would definitely come back to Sugar Bay Resort! "

"I just came home from this resort. I’m in love. Already planning a girls trip here before the year is out. The rooms were just right. Comfortable and clean. And those patio doors blocking the mighty sound of those waves. It’s an excellent spot. I’m so happy I found it."

"Perfect place to unwind and enjoy island life. We had a lovely time here. The staff was outgoing. The service and entertainment was amazing. The food was delicious. Love the amount of fruits they provided at each meals. Each restaurant provided excellent meals. Our room had an ocean view and I was giddy every morning taking in the view. Liked it so much we are going to bring our boys next time."
