"The hotel was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had a bath and a shower in the room. The shower was very nice - the cubicle itself was a bit small but overall the room had everything you need. The hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring Bruges. We were able to charge the car in the underground car park of the hotel which was a big perk for us.
I would say it can be a bit tricky to find the hotel. We arrived in the early hours of the morning...

One problem, i always book careful to mention my mobility problems so no stairs, long walks or high floors. Unfortunately these conditions had not been met this time and, after inspecting the room initially offered, we caused problems by having to request an alternate room.

"The service was exceptional!
The hotel is centrally located two blocks from the main square. When we arrived, they had our rooms ready two hours early. They provided us with great information on where to go and had a welcome drink ready.
Babette and Laurence were helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
The rooms were clean and well appointed. Though it's rustic, the hotel was updated in all the important areas. The bed was stellar, and the bathroom fully appointed and updated. Excellent...
