Disappointing Stay – Not What We Expected from a Holiday Inn Express & Suites
We’ve always had positive experiences at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, which is why our recent stay was particularly disappointing. Unfortunately, the room fell short of the standards we’re accustomed to with this brand. The floor remained wet throughout our stay, the bathtub was clogged and didn’t drain properly, and the shower head had an overly strong, pulsating spray that made showering uncomfortable.
On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was well done, offering a good variety of options including fresh fruit, pastries, breads, and hot items. We appreciated the effort in that area, but overall, the room conditions overshadowed the experience.
We hope this was an isolated incident and not reflective of the usual quality expected from the Holiday Inn Express brand.
