"Yes breakfast was good "

"Kept awake by maintenance hammering in the room above us to 11pm then woken up again to the sound of hammering and power tools at 8am in the morning. Room was not soundproof as we could hear people arguing in the room beside us. Hallway carpets covered in stains."

"I struggled to rate this hotel fairly. It is a nice hotel. The rooms are clean. The location is perfect. It is surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and about a 20-minute walk to most theaters. The reason I won’t stay here again is that the walls are paper thin. I could hear every conversation in the room next to us, and it seemed as if they were speaking in a “regular” volume. We could hear every room in our vicinity’s doors closing in the hallway. Also no air conditioning so you will most likely need to sleep with your window open. One night, there was a car alarm that went off for a long time. The hotel does leave ear plugs next to the bed, so I am sure they are aware of this issue."

"Beautiful hotel, in a former 1920's bank. Luxurious lobby/lounge areas with several restaurant options in the hotel. Good location in City of London/financial district. A little far to main tourist attractions (20 min), but we always enjoyed comming back at the end of the day."

"Bed was like sleeping on a trampoline. Way too hard. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Unrestful sleep equals poor stay unfortunately. "
