"Checking in had a long line. Was about a 15 minute wait which was frustrating. Staff was friendly which was a plus. Rooms were just ok, nothing fancy. The dissatisfaction came when they was no hot water to shower with. This was very disappointing. I would recommend staying somewhere else."

"Everything was great, from check in to check out. The front counter staff very welcoming and helpful. This is the second time we stayed here.
The breakfast and dinner was amazing.
The manager which I believe was there helping from another location in San Antonio was always helping and talking to everyone. I did not get his name but he was maybe in his mid to late 20’s, tall and thin. At one point he was making the waffles for everyone.
