"Good mattresses...!!"

"Elevators are months past due for maintenance, breakfast is minimal at best and require “tickets” that there wasn’t someone at the desk to give. Wasn’t able to get at check in- told to get the next morning. No cups for coffee in room, no bags in garbage, no remote for the TV. Decent to shower and sleep and that’s about it. Not nearly worth the price paid. "

"Bed was hard as a rock, elevators don't work, door frame had a wad of paper 'fixing' a big gap. Was a pretty janky place. Also if you're traveling with pets, online it's advertised as pet friendly and they stay for free. (Literally the only reason I even considered this place) They charge a $50 pet fee at check in. This is not advertised at all online. "

"The property in itself was superb with one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in a hotel room...The staff was very cordial and polite...the only thing wrong had nothing to do with the hotel facilities, but it appeared that the location was in a kind of seedy location next to an abandoned coal processing plant...other than that if I ever go back to Birmingham...I will automatically check into this facility...Regards, BJA"

"The staff was great. Everyone was pleasant and polite. The room was great and the bed is extremely comfortable! One problem was the toilet had a leak in the tank. (Not on the floor!) it made gurgle noises thru the night. The phone & radio didn’t work. We were in the room a short time, only at night, so I didn’t bother to report it. but did give them a note when we checked out. The breakfast was excellent!! "

"It was over all dirty. I was there 3 day. The fitness room was filthy and never clean when i was there. The same tradh on the floor wax never swept up. The floors were stained and looked awful. I had to request my room to be clean and when they did it wasn't very good. The breakfast food was bad however the weekend worker did her best. For $400 for a 3 night stay it was very disappointing. "

"Clean rooms, friendly staff, and close to rest. Freeway noise loud in room. Door weathed strip missing and allowed noise into room. "

"The phones at the Hotel did not work the day we arrived or the day we left. To get from the airport to the Hotel I had to call an Uber to take us to the Hotel as I could not contact the Hotel by Phone . It was cold and windy we waited outside for their shuttle to come by but gave up on it. The morning we left there was no one at the front desk until the shuttle driver came back from delivery and he took us to the airport."

"The staff seemed nice. My only concern was the lady waiting on me did not mention what I would be charged, neither did she mention about the "
