"Loved the large comfy rooms. Great views from the balcony. Close to the water with outdoor seating to watch the boats coming in and out. Breakfast was amazing, hand made and brought to the room. AssistantGeneral Manager Dawn Cummings was so helpful and full of local info. Will be coming back here!!!"

"Beds and pillows are terrible. Bed mattresses need to be replaced. Sitting chair looks like it’s has been used for sex . Lots of stains it was gross. Refrigerator made terrible noise had to unplug it and not use it. Reported it and nothing was done , still in the same position I had left it in . Got poor sleep. Couldn’t change room because it was booked up."

"Hampton Hotels gave me very good impression in the past, but this one made me very disappointed. To my surprise, the bathroom only includes one sink and doesn’t have any counter to put cups, soak and other items. I had to flush two times to clean the toilet. I woke up at midnight by click-click noise like a theft trying to open the door and later on I figured it came from the refrigerator starting. I had to turn it off the next night. "The house had an unpleasant odor, the kitchen pots were not very clean, and there were no blankets provided for sleeping, which was inconvenient. If the host could improve the cleanliness of the kitchen, freshen up the house, and ensure blankets are available, it would make the stay much more comfortable."

"Everything was great until I pulled back the covers to get in the king size bed and found it was full of sand and very small dark curly hairs. Since I didn’t want to cause a fuss at 1 am with the security guard, who was the only staff available from 7 - 7, I pulled all the bedding off and slept in one of the twin beds instead. Definitely a one and done at the Atlantic Beach Resort for me. I would ask for a refund if I thought they would issue one."
