"Good and clean place with good sized rooms and nice furnishings.
Breakfast was good too, lot of options for vegetarian. Only negative is the lack of language skills, which is a broader issue in Brazil though, at least folks at the front desk and restaurant in a big hotel should be able to stoke a conversation in broken English. Not being able to speak a single word is not necessarily the right thing to do in hospitality 😌"

"Fiquei no quarto 04 no térreo, precisei de uma tomada de energia e a única que consegui usar foi a da pia do banheiro, o espelho da tomada estava solto. No quarto, a tomada ao lado da cama estava quebrada. O ralo do banheiro estava solto e como ele fica no centro do box se abria um buraco bem no meio do box. Em baixo da TV poderia usar um espaço para colocar o notebook, porém não tinha tomada."
