"Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. "This is effectively a bedsit room in a house of similar rooms. The room itself was clean with sheets towels and tea and coffee sachets provided. The shared bathroom and toilets were reasonable and uncluttered. The carpets need a deep clean or replacement. Similarly replacement required if the old fridge which had rust on the freezer door and was frozen shut . The kitchen itself was adequate. Best thing was the reasonable cost and location in town plus good communication."
