Also checking in the lady didn't know what she was doing kept having to re-enter info and my debit card, I asked if it would show more than once she said no. Of course it did, upon checking out I explained and was told by a tearful lady who was more worried about a personal phone call that she couldn't do anything, I would need to speak to manager tomorrow, when I'm 5 hours away.
