"The location was great! We were there multiple nights, they cleaned our room each night but forgot to leave clean towels one night and left their false lashes on out bathroom counter the next night. "

We tried using the phone to call front desk and phone was broken. At the front desk the receptionist told us that a new phone would be available until two days later.
