"3.5/5 for cleanliness. The walls, floors and baseboards of the units need to be cleaned and/or repainted. I looks like someone previously threw a party and scratched/scuffed up the walks badly. Also the party bike that you pedal rides through this neighborhood with music play just as an FYI The kitchen did have just about everything needed from a blender, to can opener’s, cookie sheet, etc. "

"I really wanted to love this stay because the location of the property is fantastic and put us right where we needed to be. However, the logistical and health-standard issues made it impossible to give a higher rating. The parking was an absolute headache. The layout is cramped and frustrating, which is a stressful way to start and end every day. The main reason for the low rating, however, was the breakfast. I found mold in the breakfast scones, which is completely unacceptable."

"I highly recommend this hotel for many reasons. The hotel is close to restaurants, shopping, trails, and other attractions. It is approximately 16-20 mins from Sky Harbor airport and within minutes of Fashion Square mall. Our room was immaculately clean and spacious. "The bar is extremely expensive, they charge $7.00 for a water, the hotel is extremely expensive. I would consider staying at the Hyatt, it's right across the street."

"The hotel is in the middle of the entertainment district so if you don’t mind listening to loud base until 2am It’s a great hotel. Only my sweatshirt was also ran over with the luggage cart and though the hotel had it sent out for dry-cleaning, it was unable to be cleaned and nothing was offered in replacement for the item of clothing I lost."

"Washer and dryer were broken but they replaced them the next day. It was inconvenient to change my activity schedule to accommodate this. The restroom sinks did not drain properly and it grossed me out. The pool staff, bar tender, and maintenance man were really friendly and gave excellent customer service. The front desk, not as much. My mother traveled with us and was never able to speak with a manager across all 3 days. "

"This particular Check-in staff was poorly trained and not helpful at all. AC noisy with temperature and fan speed hard to regulate. Facility need updating. Had room changed and the AC is only minimally improved. Sleep quality severely impacted and would not stay here again. No complimentary water provided even though I am a Hyatt member. Overall not getting the quality expected from the rates charged for my 4-night stay."

"This is a really conveniently located comfortable hotel close to Old Town Scottsdale. It is clean, well maintained and has great facilities including a nice pool and hot tub. The breakfast is delicious with lots of options for everyone. I’d stay here again!"
