Instead of always running back to their phones I tip 5$ or more for each interaction and it didn’t seem like they were at work for their positions. They were nice don’t get me wrong just not attentive to customers. ...

We were turned away at 2:30 am, after we paid and called to confirm late check-in. We were told that there was no room for us and that the hotel was typically overbooked anyway. And we have not gotten a refund yet after almost 3 days.
