"Our room was clean and tidy, so no complaints, but I had paid for an upgrade, but to be honest it appeared to be just a standard room. The food in the restaurant was average and my rump steak was sent back as it was full of gristle. Very disappointing. The bar closed at 10.30pm, which was very surprising ..."
