"The location of the hotel was great, walking distance to the most of the city’s attractions and with many restaurants around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was superb! The staff was always friendly and helpful"

"The building is gorgeous and the staff are beyond wonderful. This hotel is also in a very convenient spot: it is not too far from the airport, there is a bus stop to Knossos Palace right across the street, and it is a short walk away from sites (i.e. Morosini fountain, the Venetian Loggia). "We arrived 2 hours too early, but that wasnt a problem. We were greeted with a cold mocktail and could check in immediately. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Room was very clean, modern and spacious. Kitchen was perfectly equiped. We had an amazing view of the see and mountainbikers (not every room has this). Amazing accommodation with 2 pools, enough beds and every pool has a great bar. We did eat once at the buffet, which has a good selection of food, good quality and friendly service....

"Stayed at Ibis Styles Central and unfortunately the experience fell short. The front desk attitude gave off a bad vibe and felt unfriendly throughout our stay. On top of that, the elevator was out of service the entire time, making it a real struggle to get our luggage up to the front desk area.
