"I chose Business Inn for the great price, but I got so much more than excellent value. The location is perfect for visiting Ottawa, within a short walking distance to so many landmarks and attractions. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel itself has everything you need - friendly staff, huge rooms with a living space, kitchenette and king sized bed. Their breakfast was among the best continental complimentary breakfasts I’ve ever had with lots of hot and cold choices, and even takeaway prepared packages if you’re in a hurry. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Ottawa. "

"Beautiful historic building but the wall in my room(536) is thin and could I hear everything the neighbours said. Fortunately mine were fairly quiet but if you had people who engaged in “late night activities” it could be bad. Also the bathroom had a slight sewer smell."

"The hotel was great. Very comfy. Great breakfast. The staff on front desk aren’t the friendliest, we were there for 2 nights and were in and out many times. Not once did anyone at front desk say hello, look up, or even smile. And it’s not they were busy, many times there were no guests at the desk. The room was really comfy. But the temp was warm even though we had the temp setting down, it got warm every night. No big deals, we would come back again and recommend this hotel again! "

"The hotel is very nice and will return sometime. My only problem was the cleaning staff missed an area in the bathroom, and when the desk was notified it was immediately resolved. They also gave me a different room, because the mattress was too soft for me and I was grateful for that. No one is perfect, and for various reasons things can and do get overlooked sometimes.
