Wunderbar

The spa was fantastic; restaurant wonderful; ski shuttle very convenient. The room, the bar/lounge area with entertainment each evening. I would definitely recommend and will be back!

I was astonished at the lack of cleaning in the room. The duvet covers weren’t changed. The bins weren’t emptied once in 5 days, bathroom surfaces weren’t wiped and neither were the sinks.
