"Pros: This property is nicely located on Canary Wharf. The listing shows a photo of a building right in front of the water with a yacht in front of that building. This hotel does not sit in front of the water but is walkable from the "boardwalk". Canary Wharf is away from the hustle and bustle of the city so it's much quieter overall. "Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. "They did provide 2 rolls of toilet paper but for a family of 5 that was not enough for 8 days and you had to purchase your own. The washer/dryer took over 5 hours to wash and dry clothes and typically they weren’t even dry when done. Our downstairs neighbors smoked pot every night which made it impossible to enjoy the balcony. If traveling from USA be sure to realize there is No A/C hardly anywhere in London. "Place was okay! We were a family of 5, this was supposed to be a 2 bedroom, with queen beds and sofa bed. We got 2 full beds, and a sofa, not a sofa bed. Only one bathroom and NO AC!
