"Staff was great - very nice! Food was excellent! The only minor issue was we could not get a very hot shower. Only warm. Sink hot water was very very hot - just not the shower. Staff tried to resolve but did not. "

I stayed at the main house with a sprawling set up providing space for work on my laptop and a big bathroom with a cracking shower. "Hotel and rooms need a lot of TLC, water takes a while to heat up and when it does the pressure in the shower is awful. Pool wasnt bad but there were no spa appointments avaliable depsite having a membership. And the junior suite dosent look like the photos. Ended up makkng a complaint andnit was rectified but still not happy with my stay. Wasnt worth the money I paid. "
