"Breakfast menu was repetitive and The stay was overall good, but the bathroom design was inconvenient. The shower did not have a proper door or barrier to keep the water contained, so water would spill all over the bathroom floor after every shower. It made the bathroom messy and slippery."

"Upon checking in the front desk couldn't find our reservation. No fault to the hotel but Expedia delayed our reservations for some reason. The hotel front desk made it happen for us, and offered us late check out beyond the regular times. Plus: Rooms is nice and the staff there are great ++++. Close to pretty much everything in downtown by walk or tram. Its super quiet on the 15 floor and you don't hear traffic or trams at all. "Our stay was very good! Excellent location for our trip purpose, and the train stop is right around the corner from the Hotel ( coming from the airport). The shower water pressure was the only thing that could have been better in our stay ( the pressure was low). If I return to Portland I will consider staying again at the Hotel."

"There was nowhere in the hotel to get cold water, other than bar. Which is not always opened, nowhere to get ice either. No shower door, which was odd. "Staff was awesome and always right there when you need them. The room was clean and the towel warmer was a nice touch. Parking was tough, but there's a parking lot a couple blocks away that's not too expensive."
