"I thought the location for me was excellent .The room was nice and had everything I needed. The price was good .My only downside was the reception bell not been heard in the morning on arrival due to bad coverage."

"The rooms were smaller than I had imagined, there are cracks in the tiles in the main kitchen area. It’s very noisy during the night with what sounds like large fans or rangehoods from below restaurants going solidly from 2am. There may be quieter rooms. "

No communication prior to arrival and when we asked about the pool at reception at check-in, we were told the opening times and the location on the property but not that it would be unavailable during the entirety of our stay. When we raised this, the staff were rude."
