"Only a microwave for cooking but many restaurants in close proximity. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Large room and excellent parking"

"The room was immaculate, clean and comfortable. Spoken to a staffmember over the phone, and he was helpful. It wasn't clear to me where to park so chosen a spot that was good for us. After 6pm arrival isn't an issue, only thing is that you then have to go through a lengthy email which I cludes codes that get you inside, to your key and to the room"

"The fridge did not work and I requested a new one on the first day, but it was not provided. My room was not serviced on one of the days, although I had requested it. The phone did not work. There was rubbish left in the corner near the lift. Generally the hotel was good. Restaurant and bar were great. Staff could probably do with a bit more training in the restaurant and bar, but there were very friendly."

"Close to city, train station within walking distance. Onsite parking. Room was large with kitchenette, perfect for our stay. Great bathroom with large shower. Will stay again, really liked this property."

"Probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at! I'm going to make this place my go to when visiting Auckland for work or play :) Super lovely lady at reception , and from there it was just the loveliest experience for my two days. Fabulous mid-century/retro styled decor which was soooo nicely curated and with all the mod cons you could want. The owners/renovators clearly have a great eye! Parking included which was a bonus, and so handy to everywhere . Comfy bed, puffy duvet and lovely...

"Sadly lights didn’t work and spa bath didn’t work which I tried when I got there no switch on it Staff friendly I told them about lights but obvious a lot of electrical problems"

"Easy to book and staff was super friendly and helpful. Had everything I needed for a nights stay. Very clean and comfortable."

"It should mention that the property is not manned and self-check in. I needed to call to find out the check in procedures. A Air con was there and functioning but the display of the remote was broken so it took time to work it out. An instruction should be available. The net curtain definitely needs washing."
