"Stayed here as a family of 3 in September in a superior room. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk away from the Jewish quarter and around 30 minutes from the old town. The hotel is beautiful and staff are very helpful and speak very good English. We were lucky to check in early as our room was ready and wow it was so lovely. Very decent sized room with everything you’d need. Big bedroom with a king size bed and the living area had a double sofa bed already set up for us. Both very comfortable...

"We had a great stay at this hotel which is on the south side of the river about a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre. There is a tram station very close-by.
The rooms were well furnished and a reasonable size. The bathroom had a bath/shower. We booked a river-view room and felt that this was well worth the extra cost.
The breakfast was fabulous and one of the best that we have had in any hotel. There is a fantastic range of items, the restaurant is spacious and items are kept topped up.

"All averagely good, the password for the WIFI was written wrongly, so I had to call the customer service via whatsapp, and I got their answer within an hour, Until then, I had to use my mobile data hotspot.
However, every thing else was fine even if I always prefer Hotels with personell rather than these hotels where you need to do everything your self.
Price per value overall is worth and the area is also nice."

"Very nice space, and it also has a washer/dryer which is super helpful when on long trips, traveling light, or both. I felt safe and here as a safe female traveler - I pretty much walked everywhere and the old city is very cool. I really liked the location of the entrance, which is off the main road so if you’re fumbling and trying to figure things out for entrance it’s very forgiving and provides some grace as a traveler that’s new to the area. I would stay here again."
