The room was comfortable enough but the furniture could use some replacement due to wear. It was great having the shuttle service there to pick us up at the airport, however; it wasn’t so great to have them drop us off in the parking garage with a ton of luggage and my Mom in a wheelchair with no forewarning that they couldn’t take us to the actual departure gate. "Just an fyi because they wpnt tell you at the desk, if you put your room key up to your phone it will make it to where your key will no longer work. I figured this out on my own after having to get a new key 20 times and did it a few more even after I figured it out on accident. Other than that it wasn't bad, but wasn't good either."
