"Clean rooms! Very slow check-in at 4pm, room not ready. Lost reservation extension. Breakfast is bland, not enough waffle stations for size of hotel. Coffee was good, Milk was expired and yogurt empty both mornings. Pool was clean but it was very hot in there kids had to leave after 20 minutes. For the price we will stay elsewhere next time in Joplin."
