"My room I booked was unavailable when I got there - I got a room with 2 queens and expected a king with a jacuzzi tub - spine with clerk got the king bed and said the room with the jacuzzi tub wasn’t available yet it was still available in the Expedia site and I wanted a discount for their false advertising g but I have not heard from them- I am not happy
