I only had my card my last stay so I had to use it but normally I would give them cash so I can get my money back because I never do when I use my card! I explained that to the manager and he kind of insulted me my bank said they never not once received any deposit from them and I’m really thinking bout getting somebody with higher power to look into this matter because I know I always leave my rooms nice and neat all the towels where they can be found and all but when I use my card I never get my money back"
