"Excellent location for where we were going (zoo). We were there two nights Sunday and Monday..it was quiet and comfortable.. Breakfast was very good."

"We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. The whole hotel was super clean. You could tell someone is always walking around cleaning. The staff was helpful. my son left his phone in one of the lobby chairs and staff held at front desk. The breakfast was good. The wifi worked great. My hubby wished they had a bar in the lounge area. The only negative would be the pool area. I don't think the chemicala were added or checked often. The moment you entered the pool your eyes burn without even going under. ...

"We didn’t receive any services for our 4 day stay. We had to search out the cleaning crew for fresh towels, and room essentials. When I called to ask why our room hadn’t been cleaned they said they were short staffed. We were out of our room plenty of hours for them to do a quick clean. The garbage was never emptied we had to bag it up and set it outside our room. The last straw was we had been out for several hours and came back to our still unclean room. We laid down to rest when an employee...

"the shower drain was clogged, mentioned to the front desk on Friday at 3pm they said ticket is open and someone will fix today At 8pm came back to the hotel and the issue was not fixed, I asked the front desk and I was told the maintenance was left and they will come fix Saturday morning , we checked out on Sunday and no one has came to fix it When checking out the front desk asked if the stay was good ! We mentioned the issue and he said I’m sorry you guys have a good day!!! I was not sure...

"It was okay to sleep for a night and have breakfast in the morning.We arrived at 1:30 am and left at 10 am.The property was clean, but there was no visible breakfast attendant that could clean the tables or refill the breakfast items."

"Our experience was pretty good with the hotel and accommodations. The room itself was fine and spacious enough, although we did not like the moving door to the bathroom. Our lower review results from the incident we faced when we returned to our room to see that our door was open, even after we had made sure we had closed it. From then on, we did not feel totally safe in the accommodations."

"Room was great size for our family of 4. Pleasantly surprised by the full fridge, microwave, dishes and dishwasher available to us within the room. And the laundry facility (separate fee) was a true life saver. I would definitely recommend this to everyone"

"The bed was very very uncomfortable. Pillows were great. Refrigerator door was broken, lightening in room was very bad. Drain in tub broken. Pool looked nice but didn’t get to use in our stay. The carpet in the hallways was worn and very dirty. We won’t be back. You get what you pay for ."

"The room was too warm on a hot day. Air conditioning had not been turned on prior to our arrival. The room Smelled like a wet dog. We complained at the front desk and attendant came and manually turned on the air conditioning for us and then it was more livable."
